Our different social services
Help, reception and referral services for people facing significant economic and social difficulties have been in place since 2017. PAAS-Action program is also available at MultiCaf and we have an external service called UMMI.
Community social intervention
Our socio-community worker team evaluates and redirects any request sent by a client. These professionals also intervene during psychosocial, personal, family or couple crises by offering support, information, evaluation and short-term follow-up.
Do you have children? Feel free to ask our team about access to our family room : a safe and fun space where your children can play while you receive support.
Multisectoral Mobile Intervention unit +.
UMMI is an outreach service aimed at promoting social cohabitation between people experiencing residential instability and the social ecosystem in CDN-NDG.
Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 4 p.m and Saturday and Sunday from 10 am to 5pm. Contact us at 450-575-8664, and one of our outreach workers will call you back.

MultiCaf, en collaboration avec le Centre de ressources éducatives et pédagogiques du CSSDM propose deux nouveaux programmes d’intégration socioprofessionnelle (ISP).
Ces formations s’inscrivent dans deux de nos pôles clés au cœur de notre mission de lutte contre l’insécurité alimentaire :
la transformation culinaire et l'agriculture urbaine .
