Socio-community intervention

MultiCaf has a social intervention service which provides advice, facilitates the search for resources and directs its members to organizations capable of meeting their needs.

Our team of social workers evaluate and guide users' requests, provide advice and references on various problems such as unfavorable housing conditions and difficulties linked to government social programs.

They also intervene in the event of psychosocial, family or marital crises by offering support, information, assessment and short-term follow-up.
